Men's Mentoring Mentee Info and Commitment Form

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Men's Mentoring program. Desiring to be mentored shows great humility and wisdom. We hope that through your relationship with your mentor, you will be encouraged, grow in your walk with the Lord, and gain Godly wisdom.

As a mentee, we ask that you agree to the following:

I desire to grow as a disciple of Christ.
I commit to meeting twice a month with my mentor, with one meeting optionally being the monthly men's breakfast.

Steps to starting the mentorship process:

Think of the names of 3 men at Fairlawn Church who you would be willing to have as your mentor.

Once you have been matched with a mentor, he will reach out and set up the first meeting with you.
